FIrst of all the woman behind the counter has to be one of the cutest ladies ever. So Sweet always. The ice cream is good.   Been here many times, ride my bike here. Got the “Blizzard” last night with the fat free frozon yogurt and some reeses pieces. It was good.  This is a nice little neighborhood icre cream spot.

It ain’t cheap though- so if you saving pennies I’d wait till you hear the music from the ice cream truck and chase that bad boy down.

This spot went from being an awesome I can’t wait till my boyfriend takes me here again to oh my god, please don’t take me there again.

Dude, it’s over priced - last time I was there- $7 for a salad with grilled chicken consisted of some greenery and some chicken- no tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons, nothing.

The service is so slow.

BUT, with that being said, the ambiance is cute and the food is not bad, but be weary it ain’t cheap and I have a feeling its gonna be a gamble whether the meal is a)good and b)timely.

Try Ox.

The New Westin… $1 Oysters!!!

So, went to the new Westin’s steak house… I think its called Fire and Oak or something cheesy like that and it was actually real good.  Mondays is $1 oysters which is awesome, Tues is half price sushi which I went to and of course it’s really not half price sushi its 1/2 price off like 3 rolls: vegetable, california and spicy tuna. It was good though.

Steaks were real good to: had the NY Strip with a salad.

I was impressed but mostly with $1 oysters.

You’ll see me there mostly on Mondays.

So ate here last night with my boyfriend. Nice and close to his spot.  Ate at the bar, and of course we ordered a ridiculous amount of food. Real good happy hour, buy one get one free drinks, as well as 30% off the sushi and the sushi was real fresh and good. We ordered the family dinner - though it was just 2 of us, and the entrees were aight.  Pad thai, General Tso’s and Mongolian Beef.  I swear I’m not obese.

The place had alright ambiance.  Nice building though.  I’d maybe come back another time if I was in the mood for gluttonous asian food and in the hood.
